What the service does
PinTraderPro helps you identify Disney pins from a photograph and decide which are worth trading for. Identification is a best effort, not a guarantee. It is often wrong, and it is designed to say so: results that it cannot support are shown as unidentified rather than guessed at. Do not treat an identification or a value as an appraisal.

Your photographs, and the licence you give us
You keep ownership of every picture you take. Nothing here transfers that.
When you add a pin, list one, submit one to the catalogue, or request an online lookup, you grant PinTraderPro a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual and irrevocable licence to host, store, copy, crop, downscale, index and otherwise process that image and its metadata in order to run and improve the service — including training, evaluating and improving the pin-recognition models, and showing derived results (such as a cut-out of the pin, or a board sighting) to other users of the service. "Perpetual and irrevocable" is doing real work in that sentence: a model trained on an image cannot be untrained, so the licence has to survive you deleting the picture. Deleting your account stops any further use and removes the stored images — see the Privacy page.
We will not sell or license your photographs to anyone else, and we will not use a picture of you, or one that identifies you, in advertising without asking you first.
You promise that you have the right to grant this: that you took the picture or are otherwise entitled to it, and that you are not uploading someone else's photograph. Take pictures of pins, not of people. Do not upload photographs of other people's children. If a picture of you was uploaded by someone else, write to us and we will remove it.
Your account
Keep your credentials to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. Do not use the service to break the law, harass people, or attack the systems.
Subscriptions
- Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel.
- Cancel any time from the billing portal; access continues to the end of the paid period.
- Prices may change with notice before your next renewal.
- Payments are processed by Stripe under their terms.
Referrals
Invite a friend and, when they become a paying subscriber, three free months are added to your account. Referrals must be real people who chose to sign up. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, and bulk or automated signups do not qualify and may cost you the credit and the account.
Marketplace
The mail-trade marketplace is in invite-only beta and is not open to the public. Trades are between users. We provide the tools and a dispute process; we are not a party to your trade and we do not guarantee any other user's conduct.
Ending the service
You can stop using it at any time. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or put it at risk.
